If you want to explore the history of this island this tour is not to be missed…. You will be guided on an air-conditioned coach to the village of Emborio where you will follow the guide up to the ruins of the Venetian castle and then you will go the archeological site of Akrotiri, the remains of the earthquake, which was discovered in the bronze age of 1500 B.C. Here you will learn the myths and facts about Santorini and the history lesson will continue with the visit of the Prehistoric Museum of Fira which contains original pieces from Akrotiri. From there we will take you to a Greek tavern for some lunch at the Marine of Vlichada. And you will end the day visiting the Volcan Winery on which there will be wine tasting, a film display and a chance to visit the only Wine Museum in Greece….
